Do you wish you could travel your commute by bike?
If you want to learn how to build your confidence to ride in today’s traffic we can offer free, one to one cycle training with a qualified instructor, tailor-made for your individual needs. Whether you’ve never been on a bike before or just want to boost your confidence, Bespoke cycle training can help you achieve your cycling goals.
Cycle training can also be delivered to groups, as long as all members are of a similar cycling ability. There’s no limit to the group sizes but if groups are large you may be split into two groups.
Our sessions cover:
I don’t have a bike, can I still take part in Bespoke?
Let us know, we may be able to loan you a bike for the training.
I’ve never cycled before, is Bespoke for me?
Yes. Bespoke provides training for adults of any ability, from learning to ride to going round a busy roundabout making it easier to get to their place of employment or education. Just let us know your experience when you book and we’ll provide an instructor suited to you.
Do we need to pay?
Bespoke is available for free.
When does the training take place?
We can arrange a session at a convenient time for you. Just let us know when works best for you and we’ll do the rest.
Where does training take place?
Training takes place across Southend, Rochford, Castle Point, Basildon and Thurrock. Let us know where you’d like your training to take place and we’ll check our instructor availability.
How long do the sessions last?
Each session lasts two hours.
What else does Bespoke offer?
Our trainers are also able to offer guidance on the best route to your work or place of education. We can also offer you a cycle buddy to help you gain confidence on your first journey.
